AirAsia recently launched its vision of a more community-led experience on the AirAsia Super App, introducing new features such as AirAsia chat, games, and the newly launched AirAsia gifts – allowing the community members to connect, play and share. Here are 3 new features on the new Super App;
1. Social Profile, AirAsia Chat
AirAsia Super App users can now set up their own social profile in the community. Users can now engage in 1-to-1 chat via AirAsia chat as a messenger service, interact with over 20 active communities and even personalise the content they receive. The communities ranges from foodies, travellers to adventure seekers and follow channels to get the latest news and promotions from the whole AirAsia ecosystem.
2. AirAsia Gifts (Mobile Gifting)
Another new feature on the AirAsia Super App is the mobile gifting service aptly named “AirAsia Gifts” which no other travel super app has been able to offer. This brand new feature was developed in collaboration with COOP Marketing Group, a renowned leader in the South Korean mobile voucher industry. Accessible only via “AirAsia Chat”, users can now experience cross-border mobile gifting and choose from a variety of gift categories including;
- AirAsia products – Flights, Hotels, Food
- Beauty, Health & Wellness (Watsons, BMS, Thai Paradise, Ogawa)
- Entertainment (PlayStation Network, Razer)
- Fashion (Zalora, Adidas, FootLocker)

3. AirAsia gifts launch promotion
