NEW YORK, July 10 (Xinhua) — U.S. stocks closed the day with gains on Monday.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average displayed strength, rising by 0.62 percent to 33,944.40. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 saw a modest increase of 0.24 percent, reaching 4,409.53. The Nasdaq also experienced a slight uptick, ending the day at 13,685.48, representing a 0.18 percent increase.
